Hi there! I’m Lisa and I run Baked28. I’m based out of Canada in a city called Kitchener. During the day, I work as an Agricultural Marketing Specialist, and by night, I'm a baker, recipe writer, and blogger.

I love sharing my baked creations with friends and family, which is why I launched Baked28 at the end of 2023. While I can't physically share my treats online, I share recipes on my Substack so my friends and followers can replicate them in the comfort of their own home. When I'm not experimenting with recipes and baking, I enjoy diving into the world of baking science, myths, techniques, and more! I often take my learnings and turn them into fun baking-related blog posts on my Substack.

Apart from my day job and baking, I love cooking, gardening, reading, and taking on DIY projects!
